Senior Recruiter

About the role

Evernest Real Estate LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead its talent acquisition efforts in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs in partnership with department heads.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and manage the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and highly organized with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Effective use of job boards, social media platforms and networking for sourcing.
