Senior Recruiter – Legal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter specialized in legal talent to partner directly with our VP of Talent Acquisition. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior and specialist positions within our Legal function, driving high‑volume outbound sourcing and closing critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Map legal talent markets and uncover hard‑to‑find candidates.
• Design and execute high‑volume outbound campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build interest from a cold start and nurture senior candidates through to offer acceptance.
• Maintain a systematic, organized desk with full visibility of searches, pipelines and follow‑ups.
• Leverage AI tools for research, sourcing and outreach efficiency.
• Own the complete hiring process with meticulous consistency and commercial focus.

Required profile

• 10+ years of headhunting experience, preferably within legal recruitment.
• Commercially minded, relentless pursuit of top talent and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to close difficult searches without reliance on external agencies.
• Strong market understanding and ability to create candidate interest from scratch.
• Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to pipeline management.
