About the role

Lincoln AIM is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will manage a full‑cycle (360) desk, focusing on technology talent across markets such as the US, UAE, KSA, or UK. The role offers autonomy, a results‑driven environment, and the chance to build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Run a complete 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate delivery.
• Specialise in a chosen market (US, UAE, KSA, or UK) and develop deep client relationships.
• Own your pipeline, revenue targets, and earnings potential.
• Operate independently while receiving mentorship from senior directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of full‑desk (360) recruitment experience.
• Technology recruitment background is highly desirable.
• Consistent billing record and strong commercial drive.
• Self‑starter attitude with no need for micromanagement.
• Professional client and candidate management skills.
