Senior Specialist – Client Enablement

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Client Enablement at Abu Dhabi Food Hub, part of AD Ports Group's Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, supports seamless onboarding and enablement of tenants, ensuring rapid transition from contract signing to operational go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
• Assist tenants in adopting the Operation Management System (OMS) platform, providing training and troubleshooting support.
• Monitor OMS onboarding progress and escalate issues to the Client Enablement Manager for timely resolution.
• Gather tenant feedback on OMS usability and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Introduce tenants to the full catalogue of value‑added services and work with the growth team to drive service uptake.
• Track service adoption metrics and report on uptake trends.
• Liaise with internal teams (commercial, IT, legal, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and issue resolution.
• Support process optimisation initiatives to improve onboarding efficiency and tenant experience.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, prepare regular reports for the Client Enablement Manager, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in client onboarding, enablement or customer success, preferably in logistics, trade, real estate or free zones.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong process‑management, stakeholder‑coordination and customer‑centric mindset.
