Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead high‑volume recruitment for construction supervision positions across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will act as a 360‑degree recruiter, partnering with hiring managers and delivering end‑to‑end hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for high‑volume construction supervision roles throughout the Middle East.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct proactive talent mapping for current and future needs.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding with the Mobilization team.
• Track recruitment activity in the ATS and meet established KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment within a consultancy environment, especially for technical and engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across geographies.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting.
