Senior Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for a large semi‑government entity in Abu Dhabi. This 12‑month renewable contract reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and focuses on hiring across multiple business functions, including senior leadership and C‑suite positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Lead hiring for mid‑level, senior‑level and C‑suite roles across various functions.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advisory support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels, networking and executive search techniques.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyse hiring metrics and provide market insights.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies and best practices.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition with both agency and in‑house recruitment exposure.
• Experience working within large, reputable organisations.
• Track record of recruiting senior leadership and C‑suite roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and interviewing abilities.
• Mature, professional and commercially aware with the capacity to handle confidential recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Advanced sourcing and executive search techniques.
• Ability to analyse hiring metrics and prepare insightful reports.
