Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding for technical, commercial, corporate and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, organisational structure and future talent needs.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using direct search, networking, referrals, social media, talent mapping and recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

Required profile

• UAE nationals only (non‑negotiable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong, energetic communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
