Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end hiring for hospitality and corporate functions, supporting both high‑volume store openings and urgent staffing needs. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to drive sourcing innovation, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycles for F&B and corporate roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Manage mass recruitment campaigns and urgent hiring for new store openings and seasonal peaks.
• Plan and run open‑day recruitment events and walk‑in interview drives.
• Develop creative sourcing initiatives such as social media campaigns, employer‑branding activations, and campus partnerships.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards tracking time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source of hire, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, operations teams, agencies, job boards, universities, and hospitality institutes to diversify talent pipelines.
• Travel to sites, stores, and restaurants to support on‑ground hiring activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant or F&B environments.
• Proven track record in mass recruitment and high‑volume hiring.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong ability to build and maintain recruitment dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar).
