Senior User Reach & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced professional to lead user reach and lifecycle initiatives within its crypto exchange platform. The role will start with ownership of key business projects and may evolve into broader team leadership based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop systematic lifecycle engagement strategies covering registration, KYC, first deposit/trade, activation, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
• Design personalized engagement and recommendation logic, collaborating with product, data, and algorithm teams.
• Create market‑triggered engagement scenarios based on price movements, asset holdings, and trading preferences.
• Build automated multi‑channel engagement frameworks (push, email, in‑app, banner, etc.) with prioritization and frequency controls.
• Establish performance metrics, conduct funnel, cohort, and A/B analyses to drive measurable improvements in activation, conversion, and retention.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, set roadmaps, and demonstrate people‑management capabilities for future team leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in crypto exchanges with deep knowledge of exchange products and user lifecycles.
• Proven track record in personalization, recommendation systems, or algorithm‑driven growth projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in user segmentation, conversion funnels, and experimentation.
• Hands‑on experience building automated engagement or lifecycle management frameworks at scale.
• Previous people‑management experience and ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, willing to be based in Abu Dhabi.
