Senior Warehouse Associate (TL2)

About the role

Vertiv is hiring a full-time Warehousing Senior Associate (TL2) in Dubai. The role leads and supervises storekeepers and warehouse staff on daily activities and covers receiving, inspection, storage and issuance of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff on daily activities
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage and issuance of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Document all material movements in the ERP system
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC and Logistics departments
• Monitor material shortages and initiate replenishment requests
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and store materials safely and efficiently
• Enforce company policies, procedures and safety requirements
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and store performance reports
• Train, guide and monitor the performance of store personnel, and support continuous improvement

Required profile

• University degree in transport
• 5+ years in similar positions, shipping, logistics or coordination
• Active English
• QMS, EMS, health and safety, ethics and ITC training
