SEO Specialist - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to drive organic growth for our e‑commerce portfolio. The role involves developing and executing SEO strategies that increase traffic, improve rankings, and enhance product discoverability across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity identification.
• Optimize website pages, product listings, landing pages, blogs, and category pages for on‑page SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawl, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Web teams to produce SEO‑friendly content.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Build and manage ethical backlink campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, FMCG or lifestyle e‑commerce is advantageous.
