Site Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities on the Al Jurf (JVCA) project. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE procedures, and authority regulations.
• Support short‑term planning, sequencing, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Identify and report technical issues or deviations on site.
• Assist with inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in building projects and villa compounds.
• Proven experience on UAE projects; Abu Dhabi experience preferred.
• Experience in villa compounds is required.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality certification is an advantage.
