Site Engineer - High-Rise Construction

About the role

Careers International is looking for a proactive Site Engineer to supervise and manage daily site activities for high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The engineer works closely with the project and engineering teams to make sure construction is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Review construction drawings and ensure site execution matches them.
• Supervise labour and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works.
• Ensure quality control and HSE compliance on site.
• Coordinate with site management, engineers and procurement teams.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily logs, inspection requests and site reports.
• Identify issues in design, materials or execution and propose solutions.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools and manpower, and communicate site progress to the project manager.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction sequences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience on high-rise projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and site supervision capabilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Project planning tools.
