Site Inspection & Customer Visit Coordinator – Roof Waterproofing

About the role

German Handyman Dubai is a premium waterproofing contractor focused on villa roofs, using German-brand polyurethane membrane systems and offering warranties of up to 20 years. As Site Inspection & Customer Visit Coordinator you will work directly with the owner as the main person in the field: visiting clients' villas, running roof and site inspections and helping turn them into well-prepared quotes, and acting as quality control on active projects.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out customer visits and roof/site inspections across Dubai villa communities, assessing roof condition, existing waterproofing, drainage, cracks, moisture and leak points
• Take photos, measurements and notes, prepare clear inspection reports and explain findings and solutions to homeowners
• Support quote preparation with accurate area calculations and scope details
• Visit active job sites regularly, checking surface preparation, priming, reinforcement mesh, membrane layers, coating thickness, detailing at edges, drains and penetrations against standards and product specifications
• Spot defects early, document inspections with photos and checklists, give respectful feedback to team leaders and escalate recurring issues to the owner
• Ensure sites stay clean and safe, protect client property, carry out final quality checks before handover and annual warranty inspections
• Coordinate with installation teams and keep the project schedule up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in waterproofing, roofing, construction, building inspection, property maintenance or a similar technical field
• Strong spoken and written English; German is a strong advantage
• Experience dealing with demanding, quality-focused homeowners and supervising or quality-checking site teams or subcontractors
• Comfortable working outdoors in Dubai's climate, including on roofs
• Valid UAE driving licence (required)
• Nice to have: experience with liquid-applied membranes, PU systems or cool roof coatings, and knowledge of Dubai villa communities and HOA access processes

Required skills

• Roof and building inspection, with knowledge of common leak causes in villas
• Smartphone photo documentation and digital reporting tools
• Technical training or qualification (construction, civil engineering, trades) is a plus

• Salary of AED 15,000-20,000 per month plus performance bonus

• Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30, Saturday 8:30-12:30, Sundays off
