Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role blends application support, cloud operations, automation, DevOps, and incident management within a high‑availability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support business‑critical applications, guaranteeing high availability and optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Support Java and .NET Core applications and administer Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.
• Integrate APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and support containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and lead problem‑management activities.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and modern application architectures.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or trading platforms is mandatory, with an understanding of trading lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
