About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & HVAC Site Supervisor to lead site execution, manage technical crews, and oversee MEP installations, testing and commissioning across projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily Electrical (LV, lighting, power) and HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, VRF, ducting) works on site.
Lead site technicians, track progress and report to project engineers.
Interpret and execute MEP shop drawings, single‑line diagrams and layout plans.
Support site inspections, system troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
Enforce quality standards, HSE safety compliance and efficient material handling.

Required profile

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in dual Electrical & HVAC site supervision.
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

Electrical LV lighting power.
Layout plans and single‑line diagrams.
Fit‑out MEP, VRF and ducting works.
MEP shop drawings and construction project coordination.
HVAC AHUs, FCUs, testing and commissioning.
System troubleshooting.
