Site Surveyor

About the role

BCD Global is looking for a precise and technically proficient Land / Site Surveyor to support accurate setting-out, measurement and survey coordination across its construction projects in Dubai. The role works closely with engineers, contractors, consultants and authorities to verify site accuracy, resolve survey discrepancies and maintain reliable survey records and as-built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site coordination with government entities such as the Dubai Municipality Survey Department, RTA, DED and the Planning Department for boundary handovers and demarcation certificates.
• Perform precise setting-out of structural footings, columns, gridlines, elevations and infrastructure networks from approved IFC drawings.
• Prepare and submit As-Built survey drawings and topographic data needed for municipal NOCs and completion certificates.
• Represent the company at government site inspections and resolve spatial discrepancies, plot encroachment and demarcation warnings.
• Investigate, log and resolve survey disputes and boundary conflicts with neighbours, contractors or utility authorities (DEWA/RTA).
• Maintain calibration records for Total Stations, RTK GPS and digital levels in line with local standards.
• Cross-check site levels during shoring, excavation, concrete pours and structural works to avoid non-conformances.
• Keep digital archives of field survey data, municipal plot control points and GIS coordinates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience.
• Construction site experience.
