About the role

Carzilla Auto Service is seeking a full‑time Social Media Coordinator to showcase its luxury car services across digital platforms. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will create and publish engaging content that highlights the brand’s expertise, promotions, and customer stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and workshop activities.
• Write, edit, and publish posts, stories, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots within the workshop to capture real‑time service moments.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
• Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements to boost reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities in English, with a clear, brand‑aligned voice.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple posts and deadlines.
• Comfort working on‑site in a busy workshop environment and capturing visual content.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and basic analytics.
