Social Media Executive

About the role

Active Fitness Store supplies premium gym, fitness and sports equipment across GCC countries, serving both home-use and commercial customers. It is looking for a Social Media Executive to plan, schedule and publish organic content on its main social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish organic content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand activities.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams on creatives, captions and content ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of promotional, educational, engagement and trend-based content.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, impressions and follower growth.
• Track competitors, industry trends and emerging formats to find new content opportunities.
• Gather product information, campaign updates, offers and brand announcements from internal teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and content quality across all organic channels.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, organic social media or content execution.
• Strong copywriting, communication and content coordination skills.
• Creative mindset and strong organisational skills to manage content calendars and multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, marketing and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand communication.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, including platform-specific best practices.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics, insights and performance tracking.
