Social Media Executive – TikTok & Live Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to lead our TikTok and short-form video strategy across multiple markets. You will create, film, edit and present engaging live and recorded content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition for our online pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script and produce trend-driven TikTok and short-form videos.
• Host live streams, interact with the audience in real time and represent the brand on-camera.
• Shoot, edit and post-produce content using mobile and desktop tools.
• Identify, outreach and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in target European regions.
• Monitor daily metrics (views, engagement, conversions, live-stream retention) and optimise content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator or Digital Media specialist with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and leading live sessions.
• Fluent in English and preferably native or highly fluent in Spanish, Italian or French.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Required skills

• Proficient with mobile/desktop video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms and short-form content trends.
