Social Media Manager – Dubai

About the role

Pardgroup, a fast‑growing field‑marketing and retail services group, is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its corporate and personal branding efforts from its Dubai office. The role combines content creation, storytelling and community management across Instagram and LinkedIn for multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Pardgroup’s social media presence on corporate and personal channels, maintaining distinct brand voices.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, short‑form videos) for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Maintain content calendars aligned with company news, projects, client work and leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to produce personal‑brand content, including video and copy.
• Handle the full content lifecycle – filming, editing, copywriting, scheduling and publishing.
• Coordinate with leadership and international teams to source material, obtain approvals and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement, generate performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and manage community interaction where appropriate.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience managing social media accounts with proven audience growth.
• Native‑level English with strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to create visual content using smartphone photography, video shooting and short‑form editing.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn trends, algorithms and best practices.
• Experience adapting tone of voice for both corporate and personal brand communications.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
