Social Media Manager

About the role

Legaline, the UAE’s first AI‑native LegalTech platform, is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and own its social presence across the region. You will be the voice of the brand, translating a complex legal‑tech product into engaging content for both everyday users and legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑platform social strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Create, plan and publish posts, reels, carousels, stories and short‑form videos in both English and Arabic.
• Tailor messaging for two distinct audiences: consumers seeking legal help and legal firms or professionals.
• Grow and nurture the community by responding to comments, sparking conversations and building an active follower base.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and the marketing lead on campaigns, launches and content calendars.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), report results and continuously optimise content.
• Monitor trends in the UAE social landscape, LegalTech and AI, and act quickly on relevant moments.
• Coordinate with legal experts to ensure content accuracy and credibility.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably in tech, LegalTech, SaaS or professional services.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic, capable of producing native‑quality content in both languages.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts and driving engagement, with a portfolio or examples.
• Strong visual sense and ability to work with design tools.
• Data‑literate: comfortable analysing platform analytics and turning insights into decisions.
• Organised, self‑driven and able to manage a multi‑platform calendar independently.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
