About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our presence on Instagram and TikTok across multiple consumer‑focused brands. The role involves shaping content strategy, producing engaging short‑form videos, and building vibrant online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Develop content calendars and social media strategies.
• Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to maximize reach and engagement.
• Coordinate content creation including photos, videos, reels, and short‑form content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators or influencers when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with content planning, video editing, and content management tools.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth.
• Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
