Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and JavaScript. The candidate will work on new features, improve existing code, and ensure smooth migration from legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web application components and features following best design practices.
• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve existing functionalities.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
• Perform configuration, data migration, and log analysis on Linux servers.
• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting where applicable.
• Write performant SQL queries and optimize database interactions.
• Produce unit tests, database migrations, and keep code repositories synchronized.
• Create proofs of concept, demonstrate features to customers, and obtain acceptance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document work clearly.
• Team player who can coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on delivering quality on time.

Required skills

• PHP 7+ and major frameworks (CodeIgniter 3, Laravel 5+, Yii, Symfony).
• MySQL 5.6+ and ability to write efficient, reusable queries.
• REST API development and troubleshooting.
• Git version control.
• Unit testing and test‑driven development.
• JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XML/XHTML, and front‑end technologies.
• Object‑oriented programming and MVC design pattern.
• Bootstrap 3+ grid system.
• Linux shell tools for log analysis and basic server troubleshooting.
