Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to act as the on‑site technical lead for customer engagements and deployments. You will translate complex real‑world challenges into scalable AI‑driven solutions that operate across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site technical delivery for client projects, ensuring successful deployment and configuration.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions covering APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interfaces.
• Build proofs‑of‑concept, pilot projects, and custom integrations tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot complex full‑stack issues and provide technical workshops, demos, and training.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to drive consistent delivery.

Required profile

• 3–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on coding ability, preferably full‑stack or backend focused.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site as required.
