Software Engineer - React Front End

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in React front‑end development to build and maintain secure, high‑performance digital banking solutions. The role involves creating both mobile banking applications with React Native and responsive web experiences using React.js, serving customers across the UAE and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking apps using React Native.
• Build responsive web applications and digital journeys with React.js, HTML5, CSS3 and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects and backend teams to deliver seamless banking experiences.
• Integrate front‑end applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, JWT and enterprise middleware.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, secure coding practices and accessibility requirements.
• Optimize performance, scalability and user experience across mobile and web channels.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for automated build, test and deployment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of front‑end engineering experience, including at least 3 years with React Native.
• Background in banking, financial services, fintech or digital channels.
• Proven ability to deliver customer‑facing applications with high availability, security and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with API‑driven architecture, micro‑services and secure authentication.
• Familiarity with mobile security standards such as OWASP Mobile Top 10 and secure SDLC.
