About the role
Hilton is looking for a Sous Chef in Dubai to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. The role provides hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff, with a focus on either Outlets or Banquets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead culinary team operations with hands-on leadership and in-the-moment coaching of kitchen staff
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including production lists, line checks and expediting service periods
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features and daily specials
- Foster strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams
- Assist with inventory management, ordering and scheduling
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
