About the role

The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is hiring frontline staff for three distinct positions – Spa Therapist, Security Officer, and Waiter. Each role contributes to the hotel’s five‑star guest experience by delivering specialised services, ensuring safety, or providing food‑and‑beverage support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, professional service tailored to guest needs in the assigned department (spa, security, or F&B).
• Maintain brand service standards, safety guidelines, and operational procedures during each shift.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and operational requirements with a courteous attitude.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional hotel teams to support seamless daily operations.
• Uphold grooming, attendance, and service quality expectations of a luxury hotel.

Required profile

• Relevant hospitality qualification, vocational training, or position‑specific certification where applicable.
• Previous operational experience in hotels, resorts, or guest‑service environments is preferred.
• Residency in Dubai preferred for immediate onboarding.
• Mid‑level career stage.
