About the role
We are looking for a motivated professional to join Almosafer’s Ad Sales team in Dubai, focusing on partnerships and media solutions across the travel sector. The role will drive revenue by managing and expanding relationships with advertisers such as hotels, airlines, tourism boards and media agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients within hotels, airlines, tourism boards, media agencies and other advertisers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tourism boards, hotels, airlines and media agency clients, delivering tailored advertising solutions.
- Handle relationships with tourism boards to ensure Almosafer offerings are well‑represented and promotional needs are met.
- Oversee execution of ad sales campaigns from briefing to reporting, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers within media agencies, hotels, airlines and tourism boards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with media and travel industry trends, competitor activities and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product and finance to exceed client expectations.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of ad sales experience in the UAE market with a proven record of selling digital media to direct clients and agencies.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital media and media sales processes.
- Experience handling tourism board accounts or similar client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
