Sr. Specialist Strategic Accounts & Partnerships - MENA

About the role

Talabat, the on-demand food and quick commerce app, is hiring a Sr. Specialist Strategic Accounts & Partnerships for its regional business team in Dubai. The team manages enterprise business strategy and relationships with the largest regional partners across 8 markets. The role suits a sharp, hands-on generalist who turns data into clear narratives and manages many moving parts across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large business, marketing and operational datasets to find trends and early signals, and own quarterly and annual partner reviews with recommendation-led visuals
• Surface growth opportunities and risks, and work with legal and finance to resolve contract blockers
• Track partner investments and volumes against commercial agreements, and help plan campaigns with account managers and marketing teams for high-priority and exclusive vendors
• Help resolve POS and operational issues quickly, and improve Vendor NPS through faster resolutions and better communication
• Travel regularly to build relationships with account managers and stakeholders, and manage several workstreams across sales, marketing, finance, ops and legal for all markets

Required profile

• Graduate in Economics, Business or Statistics from a reputable institution
• 4-5 years of performance or program management experience at an internet-first or consumer-tech company
• Strong analytical mindset, communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to push back when needed
• Commercial mindset connecting contracts, marketing, performance and partner experience

Required skills

• Extremely high proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and executive storytelling
• Exposure to user engagement funnels and metrics such as iROAS, CM, unit economics and DAU/MAU
