Staff Product Manager – Operations Automation

About the role

Deel’s IT organization is looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the Operations product surface that powers the global device‑lifecycle, logistics and supplier platform. You will drive automation and platform expansion to reduce manual effort and unlock supplier capacity across 100+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and supplier teams to translate complex logistics and IT support data into clear, well‑scoped product requirements.
• Build and monitor metrics on on‑time device delivery, support ticket response times and revenue per headcount, creating dashboards and early‑warning systems for SLA risks.
• Leverage AI and prompt‑engineering techniques to automate research, synthesis and decision‑making processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least one year at a Staff or senior individual contributor level.
• Proven ability to operate with high autonomy, create roadmaps without a pre‑defined backlog and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong bias toward clarity, rapid iteration and data‑driven learning in fast‑scaling environments.

Required skills

• AI and prompt‑engineering for product automation.
• Advanced data analysis and synthesis.
