About the role
SO/ Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Steward to support its kitchen operations. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and assisting the culinary team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
- Assist chefs with non‑cooking tasks.
- Properly dispose of waste materials.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior stewarding experience preferred.
