Stores Assistant – Warehouse & Inventory Support

About the role

Detail‑oriented and organized Stores Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will receive, store, issue, and maintain materials while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient store management.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store and label materials in designated locations for easy identification.
• Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual registers.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards in store and warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Logistics for smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in stores, warehouse or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent with computer literacy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
