Strategic Financial Analyst

About the role

Huspy is seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join its fast‑growing finance team. You will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting while collaborating with multiple business units to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across different business units and products.
• Track actual performance versus forecasts and help improve forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to aid business and management decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with monthly reporting processes, including income statements and cash‑flow tracking.
• Work closely with business stakeholders on planning, reporting, and operational finance activities.
• Help prepare reports and presentation materials for leadership, investors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
