Supply Chain and Logistics Officer – In‑Flight Services

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Officer to manage in‑flight service inventories across its catering, retail and reading‑material divisions. Based at the Dubai hub, you will ensure the right products are available on time while keeping logistics costs to a minimum.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update item master data, including stock levels, EOQ and fill rates.
• Monitor inventory at all holding locations and plan replenishment to meet flight service requirements.
• Identify forecast risks or opportunities and take corrective actions to avoid stock outs.
• Introduce new products by configuring the ERP item master and coordinating caterer forecasts.
• Publish periodic forecasts to upstream and downstream partners to support reliable supply.
• Analyse stock volume and value against budget, highlighting variances for corrective action.
• Manage monthly excise‑tax reconciliation and claim process for SD‑Catering via the Federal Tax Authority portal.
• Conduct random audits to ensure all transactions are recorded in the Emirates ERP and Catering Management System.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management; airline catering experience is a plus.
• Preferred certification from APICS or CIPST.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Emirates ERP system.
• Experience using Emirates Catering Management System.
• Excise‑tax reconciliation using the Federal Tax Authority web portal.
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting principles.
