Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports recruitment across a diversified group of subsidiaries operating in real estate, corporate, hospitality, facility management, and property management. The role drives end‑to‑end hiring processes, builds talent pipelines, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycles for positions across all business units, using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and evaluate candidate fit with organizational culture.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and proactively maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage onboarding logistics, including paperwork, orientation, and coordination with IT and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and maintain confidential recruitment records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multi‑sector environment.
