About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this commission‑only, part‑time role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network, working on your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the solution fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of hiring managers, recruiters or HR leaders.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
