Talent Acquisition Executive – Healthcare (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Al‑Futtaim Health is looking for an ambitious UAE‑national Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Dubai Festival City. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring healthcare professionals and corporate talent, while supporting the group’s Emiratization strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions across the HealthHub network.
• Source and attract physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, and corporate staff.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives and build talent pipelines for Emirati candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilise ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to drive candidate engagement.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Passion for developing Emirati talent and supporting strategic workforce planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
