Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing real estate team. You will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that drives our business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate sector.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct pre‑screening interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, advise on best hiring practices, and manage the selection process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders to sustain a strong talent pipeline.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, report progress, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Results‑oriented with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
