Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for operational venues, ensuring timely attraction, selection and onboarding of high‑quality talent. The role supports existing outlets and pre‑opening projects, delivering a professional and positive recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking and agencies.
• Coordinate with approved staffing agencies for casual and temporary staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers, GMs, AGMs and HODs to understand requirements and provide recruitment updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, prepare reports and monitor hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or fast‑paced service environments.
• Experience coordinating with staffing agencies for casual and temporary manpower.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Well‑organised, proactive, detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing techniques.
