Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Luxury Perfume Brand

About the role

We are a luxury niche perfume Maison with headquarters in Dubai and a growing presence in Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and execute a distinctive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our brand, business ambitions, and culture across our global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously enhance the Group’s talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring priorities with business growth plans.
• Partner with leaders in Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong to anticipate talent needs and support workforce planning.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across functions and seniority levels, managing role briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer management and closing.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and conduct market mapping in competitive international markets.
• Deliver a refined, high‑touch candidate experience that reflects the premium standards of the Maison.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor on recruitment decisions.
• Manage external search partners and vendors, overseeing recruitment budget and agency spend.
• Monitor recruitment channel effectiveness, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management responsibilities.
• Proven success managing full‑cycle recruitment across a range of functions and seniority levels.
• Strong ability to partner with business leaders and influence hiring decisions.
