Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual Contributor)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct executive search and headhunt passive candidates for niche and leadership roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct market mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive search and headhunting across multiple functions.
• Strong background recruiting for mid‑level to senior‑level and leadership positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and market mapping techniques.
• Experience managing recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
