Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process across AD Ports clusters, ensuring that hiring standards align with corporate objectives and that the organization is recognised as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and select top talent using job boards, networking and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with external vendors for psychometric and skills testing, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Audit and supervise recruitment activities, hold weekly meetings, and provide support to address challenges.
• Maintain high quality‑of‑hire standards through surveys, HR metrics and continuous process improvement.
• Manage recruitment budget, negotiate offers and optimise hiring costs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including manpower status.
• Educate hiring managers on interview techniques and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Shared Services during onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals and monitor the career site for improvements.
• Establish partnerships with strategic stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, CHRMP, SHRM) is valued.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in recruitment.
• Full‑cycle recruitment, sourcing and employer branding experience.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
