Zippy Talent, a specialist recruitment and executive search firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its diverse client base. This individual contributor role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys hands‑on sourcing, interviewing, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for permanent positions across multiple industries and functions.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies based on client requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess technical, functional, and behavioural fit.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and coordinate interview schedules.
• Lead offer negotiations, maintain candidate engagement, and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or executive search.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
