Talent Acquisition & OD Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & OD Lead will drive end‑to‑end recruitment and support organisational development initiatives for ENPI Group, a leading packaging and printing solutions provider in the UAE and wider MENA region. The role combines strategic talent sourcing with programmes that enhance culture, employee engagement and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – posting vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating background checks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Collaborate with HR leads and hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare employment agreements and ensure compliance with retention schedules.
• Oversee onboarding processes to deliver a positive candidate experience and smooth integration.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics, KPIs and analytical reports to the HR Director.
• Promote ENPI Group as an employer of choice at career fairs and networking events.
• Support the rollout of organisational development initiatives, including performance and capability programmes.
• Continuously apply HR best practices and update job descriptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, including blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with HR leads and hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities to track recruitment data and KPIs.
• Ability to deliver engaging onboarding experiences and maintain candidate relationships.
• Familiarity with organisational development concepts and employee engagement programmes.
