Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Dubai Airports is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to support the delivery of strategic talent, selection, assessment and development initiatives. You will help shape the employee experience, strengthen talent branding and ensure a seamless candidate journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support key strategic Talent, Selection, Assessment and Development programmes.
• Focus on employee experience, talent branding, data analysis of development and selection initiatives.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of talent processes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, both internal and external, meeting service level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
• Knowledge of application tracking systems such as Taleo, Sniperhire or ORC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Level A&P or project‑management training is desirable.
