Talent Acquisition Partner – French Speaking (Africa)

About the role

Six Construct is looking for a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growth across the African region. You will act as a strategic recruitment advisor, helping hiring managers attract and hire the right talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple positions across Africa.
• Provide market insights, hiring advice and tailored recruitment strategies to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and local talent platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, interview candidates and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Represent Six Construct at career fairs, university events and employer‑branding activities.
• Develop relationships with local recruitment partners, educational institutions and industry networks.
• Monitor recruitment trends, talent availability and compensation benchmarks in key African markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within construction, engineering or large corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent sourcing expertise and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive markets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
