Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Lorum is rebuilding clearing infrastructure and needs a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract the talent that will drive this ambitious project. Based in our Dubai Internet City office, you will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for positions in Dubai, EMEA, APAC and global roles as needed.
• Lead hiring kickoff meetings, define clear role scopes, and run structured intake sessions with hiring managers.
• Implement conviction‑based scoring standards and ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill engineering, content, sales and other functions, adapting quickly to shifting hiring priorities.
• Raise the overall hiring bar by tightening role definitions and improving recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a generalist recruiter handling a variety of functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
