Talent Acquisition Partner - MENA

About the role

Checkout.com is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing Global Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. You will attract, engage and identify top talent for the company's teams worldwide, supporting the Regional TA Lead in building better processes, codifying hiring and delivering a great candidate experience. The role suits an agency recruiter taking their first step in-house, with quarterly performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage top candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and tools
• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer
• Manage your pipeline and achieve assigned hiring targets
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Help the team improve efficiency and adopt new tools and processes
• Seek feedback from Senior Recruiters and Principals to develop your skills
• Support employer branding and provide an outstanding candidate experience

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia, including extensive search and proactive headhunting for GTM roles
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication
• Organised, able to prioritise and track recruiting metrics
• Open to adopting new technologies, including AI tools
