Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Dubai office, driving end‑to‑end hiring for our fast‑growing real‑estate business. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer for multiple positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and draft job descriptions.
• Post vacancies on relevant platforms and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
• Conduct resume screening, interviews and coordinate selection processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics reporting and continuously improve hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR, preferably in real‑estate or a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruiting.
